Respondent Prayer : Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to set aside the impugned orders passed by Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai in I.A.No.337 of 2024 in AIR (SA). No. 597 of 2024 in and S.A. No. 108 of 2021, dated 23.04.2025, by which the Petitioner was directed to make an arbitrary and erroneous pre-deposit

of Rs. 50,70,332/-. Consequently, direct the Honble DRAT, Chennai, to take on file and hear the Petitioner's appeal, vide AIR (SA). No. 597 of 2024, dated 23.04.2025, on merits without insisting upon further predeposit. For Petitioners :

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge is made to the order dated 23.04.2025, by which, the appeal has been dismissed for non-compliance of statutory deposit that was ordered on 07.03.2025.

2. Without there being any challenge to the order dated 07.03.2025, petitioners seek to challenge only the consequential order. Further, we find that though the order was passed way back on 23.04.2025, this petition has been filed only in the month of November, 2025. Therefore, in these circumstances, no case is

made out for interference.

3. The civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
