This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing this Criminal Appeal as against the judgment dated 18.06.2025 made in Spl.

S.C.No. 78 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 50 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
