This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the judgment passed in Crl.A.No. 70/2023 dt. 28.03.2024 by the Learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode, Namakkal district which was confirmed against the petitioner in STC No. 383/2020 dt. 21.03.2023 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, Namakkal district.

2. When the matter taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent appeared in person. The respondent submit that he received entire cheque amount from the petitioner and he has no objection to withdraw the amount deposited in STC No. 383 of 2020 by the petitoner to that effect he filed the consent affidavit. Accordingly, the petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in STC No. 383 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, Namakkal district. Since the matter is matter is settled between the parties. Hence, the petitioner is acquitted from all the charges. The consent affidavit is forming part of this judgement. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Pending petition(s), if any, is/are closed.
