This petition has been filed seeking to substitute the legal heirs of the 1st petitioner, 3rd petitioner and 4th petitioner who have unfortunately died pending the writ petition.

smv 2.Among the proposed petitioners, the 2nd to 6th petitioners are the legal heirs of the 1st petitioner and the 7th proposed petitioner is the legal heir of the deceased 3rd petitioner and the 8th to 10th proposed petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased 4th petitioner. 3.This petition has been filed by the legal heirs and therefore, in order to facilitate them to prosecute the writ petition further, they are substituted in the place of the 1st, 3rd and 4th petitioners who had unfortunately died.
