2/4 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, FIR in Crime No.187 of 2022 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 294 (b), 427 & 506 (I) of IPC; after investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.1381 of 2025.
