ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 26.10.2024, regarding to clear petitioners PF amount or any other Page No.2 of 7
alternative remedy.
2. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 2 to 5, notice to the respondents 2 to 5 is dispensed with.
3. The case of the petitioners is that, the petitioners were employed at M/s.Michelin India Private Limited under a sub-contractor named M/s.Globe Enterprises Private Limited. However, subsequently they were dismissed from services. Claiming their respective provident fund amounts which were duly paid by them without any default, they made a representation dated 26.10.2024 before the first respondent, however, the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.
4. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 26.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this court.

counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 26.10.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
