This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29892 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3.
