ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/State submitted that all the conditions imposed against the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.8401 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025 for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 309(4), 311, 70(1) of BNS, 2023 and Section 67

Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341, 392, 397, 376(D) of IPC) in Crime No.95 of 2025 had been complied with by the petitioner regularly.

2. In the light of the above submissions made by him, all the conditions imposed against the petitioner herein are relaxed in toto.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28-10-2025 MSM To 1.The Additional Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.
