This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28221 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 10(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28221 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Kariyalur Police Station, Kallakurichi District.
