ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Para No.7(a) of the order dated 18.10.2024 in Crl.OP.No. 25491 of 2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 25491 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am until further orders.

4. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No. 25491 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 shall remains unaltered.
