ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. The case was registered in Crime No.468 of 2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 279, 337 and 338 of Indian Penal Code. When the matter was called, the accused was present and pleaded guilty. Considering the overall nature of the accident, the fact that the accused has been facing the case for a long time and that he has now pleaded guilty, this Court is of the view that a penalty of fine of Rs.200/- for the offence under Section 279 of IPC, Rs.300/- for the offence under Sections 337 of IPC and Rs.300/- for the offence under Section 338 of IPC i.e., Rs.800/-, shall be imposed. The fine amount shall be paid by the accused on the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the case in S.T.C.No.960 of 2023 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri, stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
22.10.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
