ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27879 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m until further orders passed by this Court.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 10(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27879 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, S-10, Pallikaranai-PEW-PS Tambaram City.
