This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1673 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 06.11.2015 made in M.C.O.P. No.288 of 2015 on the file of the MACT Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. It is underscored that in the eventuality of the petitioners/appellants succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to interest for the delay period of 1673 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
