This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1116 days in representing the C.M.A.SR.No.99039 of 2021 against the order in MCOP No.288 of 2015 dated 06.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. It is made clear that the petitioners/appellants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1116 days.
