O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 02.09.2024 and 04.08.2025 and to grant permission to conduct prayers and religious worship in the petitioner's building comprised in Survey No.247/1, measuring 4360 sq.ft., situated at Kaalivelampatti, Sukkumpalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is one of the branches of Tamil District Council of the South India Assemblies of God which is a registered Christian body functioning under the South India Assemblies of God registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The petitioner had purchased a vacant site vide sale deed dated 29.10.2019 for a valid sale consideration of Rs.23,80,000/- and had put up a construction therein and he had submitted a representation dated 02.09.2024 to the respondent seeking permission to conduct prayers and religious worship in that property. However, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2024 and 04.08.2025 pass orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2024 and 04.08.2025 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2024 and 04.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the neighbours of the petitioner.
7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
