..Respondents PRAYER in W.P.No.38246 of 2003:: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in I.A.No.329/2003 in C.P.No.41 of 2002 on the file of the Labour Court, Vellore and quash the same so far as it relates to the respondents 1 to 7 as the same is barred by limitation hit by latches.

PRAYER in W.P.No.38247 of 2003: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in C.P.No.41 of 2002 dated 24.02.2002 on the file of the Labour Court, Vellore and quash the same so far as it relates to the respondents 1 to 8 as the same is barred by limitation hit by latches and the principles of resjudicata and is outside the provision of section 33 (c) (2) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
