ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that this petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, in order dated 16.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.11307 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11307 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
