ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner, enabling him to enter the property comprised in Survey No.425, Sub-Division No.425/1, measuring an extent of 0.34 cents and Sub-Division No.425/2, measuring an extent of 0.99 cents, situated at Mallappadi Village, Bargur Sub Registration District, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, for surveying and fencing the said property.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner is claiming title over the property comprised in Survey No.425, Sub-Division No.425/1, measuring an extent of 0.34 cents and
Sub-Division No.425/2, measuring an extent of 0.99 cents, situated at Mallappadi Village, Bargur Sub Registration District, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by virtue of a Will executed in favour of the petitioner and her two sisters by their father. However, the said Will has been challenged by the respondents 4 to 8 herein in O.S.No.379 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri, which is pending for adjudication. 4.
In view of the above, when a civil dispute is pending adjudication in respect of the subject property, the request made by the petitioner seeking police protection to enter the property for surveying and fencing cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands dismissed. No costs. 16-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order LPP To
