ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In response to the petitioner's allegation that respondents 1 to 3 are proceeding to grant FL2 licence to 4th respondent in violation of law, the status report filed by the 1st and 2nd respondents reveals that initially when an application was made by the 4th respondent, the same was not accepted. Thereafter, another application has been moved and comments are awaited.
2. It is, thus, clear that till date the respondents 1 to 3 have not taken a decision, much less a decision, to award granting FL2 licence
in favour of 4th respondent. Therefore, this petition is premature and is, accordingly, dismissed, with liberty to assail, in case the licence is granted.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequenlty, the interim application stands closed.
