PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the e-auction on the file of the 1st respondent dated 12.09.2025 in relation to TRC No.99 of 2022 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and wholly without jurisdiction and consequently permit the petitioner to deposit balance consideration of 75% to the 1st respondent.
