No.6872 of 2001 and fitment amount add with the basic pension for the period 01.01.2007 to 01.12.2011 and 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2016 accordings revise the pension periodically and pay Earned Leave balance due for service period of 400 days and earned leave arrears and grant promotion to the petitioner on completion of 10 years consequently revise the pensionary benefits such gratuity earned leavy and arrear of salary of the petitioner For Petitioner :

ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to treat the petitioner retirement age as 60 years instead of 58 years as applicable to all other employees of 3rd respondent in terms of the order
dated 29.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.M.No.22493 of 2019 in W.P. No.6872 of 2001 and add fitment amount with the basic pension for the period 01.01.2007 to 01.12.2011 and 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2016, accordingly, revise the pension periodically and pay Earned Leave balance due for service period of 400 days and earned leave arrears and grant promotion to the petitioner on completion of 10 years, consequently revise the pensionary benefits such as gratuity earned leave and arrear of salary of the petitioner.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel for respondents 1 an 2 and learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 submitted that they has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There will be no order as to costs.
