The writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records ending with order of the first respondent made in his proceedings Na.Ka.D8/1168/2003, dated 30.11.2003 and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
