When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that a notice had already been issued, based on the request made by the petitioner and orders will be passed after conducting an enquiry with the petitioner, his father - fifth respondent and also the other beneficiary.

2. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
