COMMON ORDER CMP Nos.24766, 24768 and 24771 of 2025 have been filed by the petitioner i) to condone the delay of 329 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent namely 1/4

T.Subramanian; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent as respondents 4 to 8 in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents states that today, he has entered appearance for the proposed respondents namely the Legal Representatives of the deceased first respondent, who is the auction purchasers.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the CRP for orders on 15.10.2025.
