2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24596 of 2025 from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
