The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody from 17.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.153 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioners' bail in Crl.O.P.No.26181 of 2025 on 23.09.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
