Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16348 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27303 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
