Applicant - - - - This application has been filed by the Official Liquidator seeking permission of this Court to declare and disburse dividend for 66 Nos. of investors / depositors pertaining to the Company Under Liquidation (M/s.Anubhav Plantations Ltd.) at 100 paise in a rupee on the admitted amount of Rs.18,29,550/- along with interest at 2.5% for 21 years i.e., from 23.06.2000 to 30.06.2021 as made to other investors / depositors to a tune of Rs.9,60,514/- involving an amount of Rs.27,90,066/- (Rs.18,29,550 + Rs.9,60,516/-). Several consequential reliefs have also been sought for in this application and they are found in prayers viz., prayer Nos.2 to 10, in this application.

2. A detailed report has been filed by the learned Dy. Official Liquidator, dated 13.12.2024 in support of this application. Supporting documents have also been filed as annexures along with the report of the Official Liquidator.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the report seeking for the said prayers as sought for in this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the prayers viz., prayer Nos.2 to 10 are ordered as prayed for in this application. 03.01.2025 vsi2 2/3
