CRP. PD. No.2131 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI, J., I.A. No.597 of 2024 in O.S. No.137 of 2004 by directing the respondents 1 to 4/defendants 7 to 10 herein to pay the necessary Court Fee by fixing the market value for their claim in respect of the suit properties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners Mr.N.Thiagarajan, would fairly bring to my notice that pending the above Civil Revision Petition, preliminary decree was passed in O.S. No.137 of 2004, hence nothing survives for further consideration.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
