The parties are present. A joint memo of compromise is also filed. The award is passed in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise.

The writ appeal shall disposed of in terms of joint memorandum of compromise. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
