Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent dated 30.09.2004 issued in the Ref.Na.Ka.No.7192/a3/2004 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the Panchayat Union Primary School at Perangiyur in Tiruvennainallur Panchayat Union. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent dated 30.09.2004 issued in the Ref.Na.Ka.No.7192/a3/2004 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the Panchayat Union Primary School at Perangiyur in Tiruvennainallur Panchayat Union.

2. I heard Mr.R.Muthukannu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is reported by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has already continuing in her service in the Panchayat Union Primary School at Perangiyur in Tiruvennainallur Panchayat Union. Even after passing the impugned order dated 30.09.2004, the petitioner is containing in service as Teacher. Therefore, nothing required adjudicate in this writ petition.
