ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to grant patta in favour of the petition for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner claims that he is in possession and enjoyment of the property for more than thirty years. The petitioner claims that the said property was allotted under the Harijan

Welfare Schemes.

2. The petitioner had submitted a representation on 11.09.2025 to the respondents, seeking for issuance of patta for the subject property. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents. The private respondents have also been served with notice in this writ petition and their names are also printed in the cause list today.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, seeking for issuance of patta is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the private respondent and any other third party whom the respondents deem fit to enquire.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025, seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after hearing the objections of the private respondents as well as the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
