..Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records, relating to the issuance of the impugned order passed by the first respondent, namely, G.O.(Nilai) No.286, Revenue Department, dated 11.06.2004 and to quash the same and to issue necessary directions directing the respondents to renew the lease for further period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
