ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent, Joint commissioner H.R. and C.E. Department Forum at Coimbatore to take the A.P.No.03 of 2022, pending on its file and dispose the same in accordance with law on merits within a stipulated period of time and pass further order/directions as this may deem fit in the nature and circumstances of the present case.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal petition in A.P.No.3 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022 filed by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & the counterpart, if any, and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
