Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to re-do the Engineering Graphic-2 Paper for the B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) course for the full complement of 100 marks (internal assessment 50 and University Examination 50). The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to re-do the Engineering Graphic-2 Paper for the B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) course for the full complement of 100 marks.

2. This Court, while entertaining the writ petition has not granted any interim order. Considering the fact that the very course itself was for a period between 1997-2001 and considering the fact that by this time vast change of syllabus and condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for writing the examination had taken place, I do not think that this Court can consider the prayer as sought for by the petitioner, after such a long time. Therefore, I find that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infuctuous. No costs.
