Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Govt Advocate For R1 to R4 R5 -Pvt Notice dispensed with Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to survey and subdivide the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and thereafter, transfer the Patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's application dated 02.05.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for survey, subdivision and for transfer of Patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had submitted an online application dated 02.05.2022 with the 3rd respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 5th respondent and any other third party whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 02.05.2022 seeking for survey, subdivision and for transfer of Patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a

period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
