The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (B), 25 of NDPS Act and Sections 4(1)(C) and 4(1-A)(ii) of TNP Act in Crime No.197 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 24.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20844 of 2025, however without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order, since there is no change in circumstances.
