ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(B) r/w 4(1)(C) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime No.384 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23473 of 2025 by order dated 25.08.2025 on the ground that the contraband was seized from the premises of the second petitioner and the first petitioner being a seller of the liquor along with first accused. Since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to re-visit the earlier order.
