ORDER

The petitioners have sought for a direction to implement G.O.Ms. No.653 dated 07.08.2009 as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in identical cases, namely S.L.P.(C) Nos.671-673 of 2021 However, the petitioners did not submit representations so far.

2. In view of the above, the petitioners are at liberty to submit representations to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners, in the light of G.O.Ms. No.653 dated 07.08.2009, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
