ORDER

The petitioners have sought for a direction to implement G.O.Ms.No.202 dated 05.03.2012 with a revised pay scale with effect from 05.03.2012.

However, the petitioners did not submit representations so far.

2. In view of the above, the petitioners are at liberty to submit representations to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.202 dated 15.03.2012, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
