O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS, 2023 and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations Act, 1957) in Crime No.206 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners was found in illegal transportation of 2 cu.m of gravel sand. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, petitioners has no previous cases.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, and investigation is pending, there is likelihood that petitioner involve in similar offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
