ORDER

[Order of the court was made by M.VENUGOPAL.J.,] The Petitioner challenges the order passed by the Respondent cancelling his community certificate.

2. Today, when the writ has come up for hearing, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

3. Recording the above said fact and the endorsement so made, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
