ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Satish Kumar, counsel for respondent No.2, undertakes to file vakalatnama during the course of today. Undertaking accepted. Counsel further states that some time be given to take instructions.

2. Shri Balasubramanian states the service was effected on 27.2.2025.

3. Since respondent No.2 had enough time to file an affidavit opposing the application and the delay sought to be condoned is only 62 days, for reasons given in the affidavit in support, the delay is condoned. Application is disposed of accordingly.
