O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, I have gone through the averments made in the FIR, which attracts offences under Sections 3(1)(4), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. I am not inclined to consider this anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on the ground that the same is barred under Section 18A of the SC/ST Act.
2. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 13.10.2025 stn To
1. State represented by, The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Valparai, Coimbatore District.
2. The Inspector of Police, Anamalai Police Station, Coimbatore District.
