This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the civil revision petition.

2. Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel entered appearance for the first respondent, Mr.A.Arul Prakash, learned counsel entered appearance for the second respondent and both of them have expressed their objection for condoning the delay.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this miscellaneous petition stands ordered and thereby, the delay of 8 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.
