ORDER

When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.501 of 2024. Only summons have been issued against the petitioner herein.

2. In view of the above submissions, I am of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest and after receiving the summons, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned magistrate. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
