ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition to deposit cash security of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20504 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition.

3. This Court, already modified the condition imposed on the petitioner on 30.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20504 of 2025 from depositing a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to Rs.5,00,000/-. Now, the petitioner once again approached this Court seeking further modification of the aforesaid order dated 30.07.2025 from depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, this Court is of the view the same is not entertainable. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the earlier modification order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20504 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025.
