ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing on 03.04.2025, Ms.Uma, the learned counsel who originally appeared for the petitioner would submit she had relinquished her engagement in the said revision and had handed over the entire case papers to the petitioner on 01.04.2025, and a memo to that effect was filed in the Registry on 04.04.2025 vide SR.No.13971. She also added that the petitioner is very much aware of the above proceedings.

2. On 09.04.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel, and accordingly the matter stood adjourned to 16.04.2025. Even on 16.04.2025, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be adjourned to 17.04.2025, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Even today (17.04.2025), none represented the petitioner to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option than to dismiss the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the present civil revision 2/4

petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
