JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After we heard Shri Ranganathan, it became evident that the subjectmatter of the appeal will be covered by an order passed by this court on 10.6.2025 in T.C.A.No.46 of 2025 in the case of the same assessee for the assessment year 2015-2016. The case at hand pertains to the assessment year 2014-2015.

2. Therefore, for the same reasons as mentioned in T.C.A.No.46 of 2025, this appeal also is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
