ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.Not known of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by one Natraj, the respondent police conducted an enquiry in CSR.No.321 of 2024, which was subsequently closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
